As the CEO of Saada Hospital, Mr. Rajavarapu Subbarao is responsible for the development and execution of Saada hospital’s business strategy across all functions and business verticals. He focuses on enhancing the customer experience, ensuring clinical quality, promoting operational excellence, and fostering leadership development. With over 19 years of experience in hospital operations, financial management, and controls, Mr. Raj is a seasoned healthcare professional. He brings extensive expertise in managing P&L accountabilities and cultivating excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers. Mr. Raj is a leader in managing hospital information systems (HIS) implementation, procurement, and supply chain of biomedical equipment, expanding organizations, and executing JCI projects. He has also been involved in new hospital project development, commissioning, and operations. Previously, Mr. Subbarao held the position of Hospital Director at Muscat Private Hospital and has also played leadership roles in renowned hospitals such as Apollo Hospitals (India), Rainbow Women and Children Hospitals (India), and Fortis Hospitals (India). Raj is a master's degree holder in Hospital Administration from Apollo Institute of Hospital Administration, affiliated with Osmania University, Hyderabad. Additionally, he has a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Jawahar Bharathi College, S.V University, and a diploma in Pharmacy from Adichunchunagari Institute of Medical Sciences. Raj indulges in his passion for reading, sports, cooking, and music when he is not working. He is always eager to learn new things and grow professionally and personally.
