- The place is clean and staff are kind. Not crowded as other hospitals in Suhar, mybe because they are still don't have agreements with insurance companies. - Healthcare Insurances are not supported yet. You have to go through claiming proccess with healthcare insurance. - Maybe with time the hospital will need to accelerate the proccess while it may get crowded due to good reputation, it has. - Dr Jihan was great and kind. She was supportive and cooperative. - The hospital needs to develop its organizational experience in terms of system/staff/appointments. - Total experience is great comparing to other private hospitals in Suhar.
